Quality Checks You Can Verify
Each production run follows a defined sequence of in-line checks, from raw paper roll inspection through finished carton sealing. Documents are shared only after verification, and we will confirm what is available for your order before you proceed.
In-line checkpoints
Three Checkpoints Per Run
Tensile strength, fold alignment, and dispenser pull-through are tested during each production run. Results are recorded against the order specification before cartons are sealed.
Raw Paper Roll Check
Incoming paper rolls are inspected before converting. Grade and visual condition are checked against the order specification.
Fold and Dispenser Tests
Fold alignment, tensile strength, and dispenser pull-through are tested during each production run and logged against the order.
Carton Sealing Check
Finished cartons are checked for sealing and packing accuracy before they are palletized for shipment.
